Tapia Studio is operated by Edgar Tapia, a sole proprietor in Markham, Ontario. For privacy questions, requests to correct your information or requests to remove a published profile, email edgar@tapia.ca.

Enquiries and project information

The current enquiry forms open a draft in your own email application. Information is sent to us when you send that email. We use the information you provide to respond, prepare a quote and deliver your project. Please send only the information needed for your project.

Publishing your résumé

Your finished résumé website is intended to be publicly accessible. We publish it after your approval of the content and launch. Your name, portrait, professional history, contact details and any downloadable résumé you approve may be visible to anyone with access to the page.

A personal domain does not make a website private. Visitors can share links, download files or copy content. Search engines and other services may discover or retain copies. Requests to discourage search indexing cannot guarantee privacy or removal from third-party systems.

Consider using a professional email and city or region instead of a home address. Do not include identity documents, banking details, a date of birth or other sensitive information in your public résumé.

Service providers and website connections

Hosting is planned with WHC. The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to Google. Hosting and other providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver their services.

No analytics or advertising tracking has been added to this site. Direct file uploads and online checkout are not connected in this preview. Any future upload or payment service must be identified here before launch.

Access, corrections and retention

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or removal of information you have supplied. Some business records may need to be retained for accounting or other applicable obligations. Removing a page from our site does not remove copies held by other people or services.

We still need to confirm the live hosting configuration, payment and upload providers, retention periods, safeguards and the process for handling privacy requests. This draft must be updated to reflect those arrangements.
